Visa Processing Fee - $50 – in addition to any fees charged by the Consulate for the issuance of the Visa.

Amendment Fee - $50 per person per change – in addition to any fees charged by airlines or suppliers

Cancellation Fee - Minimum of $165 per person – in addition to any charges made by Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators and other suppliers. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements.

Name Change - $50 per person – if permitted at all – in addition to any fees charged by the airlines or suppliers.

Postage & Documentation Processing Fee - $10 per booking

Internet Airline Booking Fee - from $33.00 per booking

Quote Preparation Fee - $50 per quote – this amount will be deducted from the cost of the total booking if the quote is accepted and a booking is then made.

Booking Fee - $27.50 per booking

Ticketing Fee - $33.00 per person – may apply to some airlines – dependent on the airfare. Your consultant will advise you at the time of booking if this fee applies to any of your tickets.

Credit Card Surcharge - Payment by Visa or MasterCard incurs a surcharge of 1.8% on the cost of the booking.
