  Grindelwald - First

Take the 25 minute journey in a modern 6 seater aerial gondola up to a natural paradise.  Enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the sun terrace of the First Mountain Hotel, or why not try the Zip rider, an 800 m "flight" on a cable at 84 km/h (the only one in Europe), or enjoy the 200 klms of hiking paths around the stunning lake Bachalpsee.
 Kleine Scheidegg

Take the longest cog railway in Europe to get the best view of the awe inspiring north wall of the Eiger, a vertical arena.  Here is the starting point for superb hikes and a continuation of your journey to Jungfraujoch.  Enjoy fine cuisine at the restaurant Banhof Kleine Scheidegg, or take the walking trail along the foot of the imposing Eiger North Wall.
  Ice Palace

No journey here would be complete without entering the inside of a glacier and view the remarkable ice sculptures.  This carving out of Aletch's glacier was started in 1934 and every year, locals from Interlaken enlarge and create new ice sculptures.  Located some 30 m below the ice surface, you will also see where glacier grinds away at the mountain surface.
