We are offering a two week ski holiday to two different Canadian ski resorts in Alberta and British Columbia. From only $5,730 per person double share, join us for an unforgettable ski holiday experience.
Banff
Banff skiing is world famous. as it is the gateway to the big 3. These three ski resorts in the majestic Banff National Park are Sunshine Village, LakeLouise and Mt Torquay.
Sunshine Village is located 15km southwest of town, about a 20 minutes drive. From there is a gondola ride up to the ski area. The Sunshine Ski Resort has lots of terrain (1,358 hectares, 3,358 acres) with slopes for rookies up to extreme slopes for pro-skiers. Sunshine has the best and most snow of the Banff ski areas due to high elevation.
Lake Louise is a little further afield, 57km from town, a drive that takes about 40 minutes. The Lake Louise Ski Resort is also large (1,700 hectares, 4,200 acres) and there are lots of long runs. Lake Louise has a great spread of terrain for all ability levels.
Mt Norquay is the ski hill most local to the Banff township, only 6km and a 10 minute drive away. Norquay is just a little ski resort (77 hectares, 190 acres) that’s good to warm up the legs.
Panorama
This little known British Columbian ski resort has plenty of terrain and vertical that is significant by North American standards. And these long leg burning runs can take you right to the door of your accommodation.
Panorama Ski Resort is renowned for the big vertical that spans 1,300 metres from an elevation of 2,365m to 1,150m. The 1,200 hectares of Panorama ski terrain is below the tree line, so there are plenty of opportunities for enjoying the gladed areas. Much of the terrain is well suited to intermediates with many wide cruising groomers, and there are also some beginner trails and a couple of terrain parks.
Advanced riders mostly just have cut mogul runs. The pièce de résistance of the resort is the double black diamond tree skiing in the Extreme Dream Zone, and also the backcountry-type area in Taynton Bowl which was former heli-skiing terrain, some of which is serviced by a snowcat on weekends
The light dry snow that falls here is well retained on the upper slopes, many of which are north or northwest facing. Whilst the piste trails are largely supplemented with snow making and are summer groomed.

Overlooking the Silver Platter, these units offer direct ski-in / ski-out convenience. Taynton Lodge has its own hot tubs but also offers free access to the Panorama Springs Pools. Village shopping, dining and Après are less than a 2-minute walk from the front door
The Lookout Townhomes
One of the newer accommodation options in the resort, the Lookout Townhomes are slopeside and perfect for families and groups. The Lookout is located just a few steps from the village centre and the Mile 1 Express. A free gondola travels adjacent to the units taking guests to the Valley Trail, the RK Heliplex and Toby Creek
